Todd has assisted a number of people in my family purchase/sell homes throughout the years- my parents, ourselves and most recently, my child. We are never disappointed. We were fortunate to select Class Harlan Real Estate in Doylestown when it came time to sell our home. Having been in our home for forty-six years it was a big decision for us. Todd McCarty, of Class Harlan, sat down with us and explained all aspects of the selling process and what to expect with the sale. Todd was extremely professional, knowledgeable of the local market and thorough. Along with Todd McCarty, Sandy Sinn, and the entire staff at Class Harlan were a pleasure to work with. Todd is an outstanding realtor. He understood what kind of house we were looking for and offered plenty of choices, accompanying us to see them at all times of the day. He was always upbeat and helpful. He offered lots of ideas on how to make each house work for us, but was never pushy if we didn't like something. He was a constant communicator and made it easy to find the house we wanted. He helped us through the negotiations with the sellers and right through closing he was all over it. If we ever sell this house the first person we will look to help us will be Todd.

Todd did an outstanding job advising us how to get our house ready for sale. We had three offers the first weekend! He managed the bidding process masterfully! Todd understood our desire to 'right size' our new home after living in a large, 5 bedroom house for many years. He also correctly concentrated the search in the appropriate and desired areas. Todd and his team were very professional and responsive. I was selling my mother's house and needed help getting it ready to show. He had great recommendations for professional services and once listed we sold the home in less than a week. Todd was realistic about the asking price and we had multiple offers over asking and ultimately sold over the asking price. We were extremely happy and would recommend Todd without hesitation.
